Practice the Blue Zones principle - Wine at 5 every Wednesday in September at participating Scottsdale Wine Trail tasting room.
Wine at 5 is one of the nine Blue Zones principles. It's the simple practice of slowing down at the end of the day with a glass and good company. It's a habit shared by some of the longest-living people in the world, and it happens to be something we're very good at in Old Town.
Five member tasting rooms will play host to help you unwind and connect. Each week, for $5, you can get a glass of wine or a flight of three tasting pours at the participating winery.

Sept. 23 — Los Milics Vineyards
Sept. 30 — Carlson Creek Vineyard
All five rooms are within walking distance of one another in Old Town Scottsdale. Each Wine at 5 event takes place on a different date, at a different location. Sign up for one or do all five. Revisit a favorite or try a new one!
