Qualifications:
- Must be a Scottsdale resident
- Must receive a utility bill
- Household income must be at or below 200 percent of current Federal Poverty Level guidelines (for example, $2,608 for a household of one)
- Individual must be the customer of record or a member of the household
- Must be age 62 or older receiving SSI, SSDI, SSA, or adults receiving SSDI
Documents Required for Eligibility:
- Photo ID
- Current utility bill or bills
- Proof of income such as SSA award letter, pay stubs from the last 30 days, or pension documentation
- Verification of lawful presence for all household members, such as U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, Naturalization Certificate, or Permanent Resident Card
